Default 2003 LS 430 - AC Codes

Hello,

I checked my AC after the winter and it's not blowing cold air. I pulled the AC codes by holding the the "AUTO" and "RECIRCULATION" buttons on the dash and got the following error codes:

21
24
35

Can anyone tell me what they mean. I'm told 21 is for the solar sensor and since it was dark out I could understand why it would pop up.

For the other two I'm not sure. Can someone help me out?

B1421 (passenger side circuit) and B1424 (driver side circuit) is the front solar sensor, shining a bright light on it should clear these 2

B1435 is the Cool Air Bypass Damper Position Sensor Circuit (Passenger Side)

You can inspect the Cool Air Bypass Damper Control Servomotor by removing it and:
1) Applying battery voltage to terminal 5 and ground to terminal 4 should make the lever move smoothly to the SHUT position
2) Applying battery voltage to terminal 4 and ground to terminal 5 should make the lever move smoothly to the OPEN position.

Thanks very much. I tested the system again in daylight and 21 and 24 both went away. I'm only left with the 35 error code.

Do you have instructions on how to remove the Cool Air Bypass Damper Control Servomotor? Is this a big job?

Awesome thanks! Do you also have a copy of the manual detailing how I remove the servo motor (AC-78)?

Thanks again.
