I purchased Moog Stabilizer Links from Rockauto. I had checked the turning torque on them when I did the other frontend (separate post) work and found the torque to be 12lbs vs the 17lbs required so I bought new ones.
The "Problem Solver" is Moog's premium line and parts beginning with CK or K identify this line.
I believe that the OEM Lexus to be superior to the Moog's: (Lexus lower right)
I removed the top bolts on both assy's allowing me to rotate the stabilizer bar out of the way. I then installed both Link Assy's and torqued to spec's. Easy job, so don't get hit with a large bill to replace these.
Moog's new joint torque was at 18lbs vs the 12lbs on the old Lexus ones.

Any comment on improved ride quality? I am planning on doing these links at some point.
Not noticeable, and if it wasn't my wife's car, I would have just left them alone even though they were out of spec.
Pretty simple swap but remove both top bolts (LH & RH sides) so that you can rotate the stabilizer bar up out of your way while you remove the lower nut and rod.
I just installed these links on my 2001 a couple days ago after doing the stabilizer bushings last week, and I have to say I noticed an improvement in the feel of the steering. Especially when pulling into a parking lot or pulling onto a driveway. I don't feel any jolt in the wheel when hitting the approach. As far as straight line driving, really no difference. Just on those turns. The old links were extremely loose at the joint. I'm sure they really weren't accomplishing anything any more.
