I haven't seen this particular problem on the forums. 2002 LS430 Ultra with ML stereo. First the Nav just stopped working. No nav screen. Took the nav DVD player out unhooked the ribbon connector inside waited half hour and hooked it back up. No Change.
Now the radio has stopped working. I can play CD's no problem, adjust sound no problem but no sound when I put it on radio stations. The radio mode works and shows the stations on the screen, just no sound.

I think I have two separate problems. I can do without the Nav, but really miss the radio.

I took the Amplifier out and of course had no sound for the CD. Put the amplifier back in and no change. CD plays fine, radio stations appear on the screen and I can change channels. Just no sound. Could it be that the amplifier can go bad such that you still have CD sound, just no radio ?
