Tilt Steering question

Is there a way to stop the tilt steering operation when you start/stop the engine... I don't need that luxury...

Yes, manually adjust the "tilt" and "telescopic" to your desired position, then pull the 20A "TI & TE" fuse in the driver-side fuse box.

Alternatively, you can also disable them through using Toyota TechStream.
