Default Taillight problem. Either blown or shorted out. Any suggestions appreciated!

While installing these LED tails I either blew a fuse or shorted something.
As u can see the inner/top lights aren't working. I put a tester to this socket and I have no power coming to it anymore.
I looked thru the manual to find the fuse location for the tails (#79), pulled it out to look at it and it wasn't blown.
The only fuses I can find that have to do with the tails are #17 (says "stop lights") and #79 (says "tail lights, side marker lights, parking lights").
Does anybody know if this light actually has its own fuse or is linked to the "tail, side marker, parking lights" fuse?
Thanks in advance for any input and/or suggestions

Did you see fuse #11 I think, under the hood, driver's side? Should be a 7.5 fuse.

Thank you for the suggestion. I went thru every single fuse inside & out, and didn't find a bad one.

What year is your LS? I asked this same question about my 03 and was told that 01-03 cars have no bulbs at those places - only reflectors!

01 - 03 are filament bulbs.
