Is there an off the shelf aerosol that would come close to the present grill color (think it's argent)?

Mine looks pretty bad and needs to be repainted. Lot of highway miles....

I used Anthracite Plasti Dip(silver grey color), looks good to me. Holds up very strong too.

 

Did you find it locally (Home Depot, Lowes, etc.) or did you have to order it?

 

No you won't find it in the mentioned stores.

The color anthracite is an exclusive DYC.com color.

You can order it online from www.dipyourcar.com

You won't need more than a can, get 2 just in case.
And if you want a glossy finish, you can add a can of glossifier.
