Default Glue on Chrome Wheel

Hello all,

I took the lexus to get the wheels balanced and rotated last week and when I got home I noticed there was some dried glue on my chrome wheel. The center cap must have come lose and they glued it back on. My question is how do I removed the excess glue without damaging the chrome wheel?

Id bring it back and make them fix it. But ive had success with goof off on glue and sticky residue. Or nail polish remover/acetone. The chrome shouldnt be damaged.
