Looking for new 20"

Hi.
Im looking to buy new Wheels. I have searched but not found yet so i thought i check with you guys.

20x8,5
ET 35

Will they fit my LS430 -04 with factory air suspension?

since we're talking about new wheels...;^) Can I get some help too? Im ordering some Lexani CVX-44 for my 2004 LS. Question is, can i put a 20x10 on the rear with a stock suspension without any issues (rubbing, fender mods) and if so what size tire is recommeded?
Note: The front will be 20x9.

I have now found used MRR Wheels for sale.

20x8,5 Offset 35 with 245/35 for the front
20x9,5 offset 40 and 275/30 for the back

Do you guys Think they will fit nice?
