Default Roof Dent

I just noticed I have a small dent (size of a dime) on my roof right in front of the shark fin between the sunroof and sharkfin. I was parked under a large tree all day and noticed it a few hours later.. Question is.....does the headliner have to be removed for the paintless dent removal? If it does, it looks like a major procedure to remove. Has anyone on the forum removed a dent from their roof or has anyone removed their headliner? I was wondering if it could be gotten to through the sunroof, but I think that area might be sealed off. I've also been reading about a technique of PDR called Glue Pulling which looks like another effective way to get to places that require a lot of disassembly to get to the back to push the dent out. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Has anyone seen or heard of the "Glue Pull" method of PDR for the hard to reach areas? They use very small suction cups with glue and pull the small dents out with a tool or gun and then refine them to a level finish with a plastic tool and some mild tapping.
