Kira was 100% correct , 4.5 inch tips are a great choice, they look HUGE sitting on your table but once they are installed they are a good size.
I also bought a set of 3 inch tips and they look very tiny , I didn't like it at all, so they are going for sale.
Anyways I did it all myself and Im really happy with the way it turned out.
I used a dremel to cut out the holes in the bumper, as well as cut off some of the extra hardware on the muffler that is in the way.

Yup stock bumper, had them cut to fit but they had to fill in some gaps with bondo/fiberglass.
