Default Decision to upgrade to UL

I have a 04 ML package currently with 110k miles. I have the opportunity to get an 05 UL with 85k miles for 16.3k. Should I do it? How much would I be able to sell my car for? I paid 13.3k a year and half ago for it when it had about 95k miles. Is it worth the upgrade? I know the owner and he keeps the car in pretty good shape. The 90k service hasnt been done on his car yet though. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Find out if he has had to replace any of the air shocks.

The car was a cpo vehicle. The front 2 shocks were replaced 2 years ago and the rears are original but they were still fine when his warranty ended. The whole distronic system was replaced also.

I'd keep what you have if she's in good shape and you already did the timing belt service. Are you really going to use the fridge and want the air suspension that badly? I personally wouldn't miss them on a daily driver.

Yeah thats what I was thinking. I did the timing belt service on my car 10k miles ago and its in great shape. I use my car as a DD. I was just wondering because I wouldnt mind putting out an extra 1 or 2k for a newer car with less miles and more options. I would just have to figure how much I can sell my car for to offset the new one.
