hi some food for thought
most lexus dealers especially j and m lexus in florida and others will do a free check over the car. with the suspension some of the things to consider when evaluating a ride issue are below
1) check the shock/struts to see if they are leaking
2) ball joints to make sure no movement in wheel while inspecting
3) strut arm bushings need to be replaced between 80 and 100,000 miles this is more for a noise while breaking and left to right movement while driving,
4) inspect tires to make sure the care has the right pressure my 2002 with 35 lbs rides like a rock and at 32 its much better
5) have the alignment checked, if the cast and camber are way off and the tire is not meeting the road properly it will effect ride quality.
6) pray you don't have the air suspension because its a fortune for those air shocks
