Default slightly confused - what part is this?

Thanks for your help - I had a post early and realized that I'm a bit confused - can you tell me what part this is and whether or not it can be replaced? I know it's a bushing and it's fluid filled. This pic was taken by my front left wheel.

Thanks!

Default Bushing

It looks like the rear bushing on the left front lower control arm. I have changed out bushings in a older Buick once. It was easy enough to do in my garage. I then had to have the front end aligned. Probably be time for a front end rebuild you might be able to buy and install the parts yourself, but will have to make an alignment the first stop. Try to take a couple of measurements before disassembling to use for a rough reference when reassembling.

Tom is right. This is one of the front lower control arm bushings, oil filled and completely replaceable. They are not expensive but they have to be pressed in. To remove them you need to undo two bolts that are visible in the pic. You do need alignment after changing them. When I did mine at 98k they were just cracked and did not leak yet, also after replacement my alignment was just a hair off.
