Why not $145 for the bt45, and stream SiriusXM to it from the phone app?

I use the BT45-Toy and it works like a champ! If you are just looking to connect BT with your phone, this is your best bet.

I love this device. Not sure what you're referring to with the extra cable - I have it plugged into my satellite radio (which I don't subscribe to anyway) and it works fine. I've just purchased a BT45-HON for my Honda S2000 too.

Weird that some are saying it makes an odd "expansion" sound or changes it in any way. I haven't noticed anything out of the ordinary vs say the CD player, using aptx codec from two different Android phones.

That's my setup as well, using the SAT, so CD changer still works.
The extra cable being referred to is the CAS-LEX cable that I believe is needed for 01-03 radios (mine is a 2004 so I didn't need one)

Ah, gotcha. Mine's an '04 as well so doesn't apply here. Thanks for the clarification!

I would be concerned about changing channels on the phone while I'm driving. I would really prefer to use the station presets on the NAV display.

Who are you asking?

I have an 05 with ML and Nav. The BT35-TOY has been working great for me.
