Default glove box sticks

My 2001 LS430 glove box {between front seats} sticks closed. This is the second time in 10 years this has happened. First time was under warranty and they replaced the entire lid. If I slide the lid forward 1/8" I can pull up the lid, otherwise it won't open. Any ideas on how to fix it once and for all?

I used rubber cement to help retain the screws when re-assembling.
Do not use Locktite as it will melt the plastic.

Thanks for your response but did you replace the glove box lid or something else?

My lid was sticking.
I followed the thread and fixed it so it is like new.
The screws get loose and that is what causes the lid to stick.
Take it apart and tighten up the screws and it will be like new again.
I didn't replace anything, just tightened the screws and good-to-go.
