additional navigation screen question

has anyone done this to there car? if so how does to work with your audio system? steering wheel controls? and factory navigation audio settings?

I haven't... but I wonder how the Climate is controlled..

all climate control is through the factory navigation.....this it just a replacement for the stereo.....I am just wondering if you would be able to control the stereo from the steering wheels......
