Who, if anybody, sells a tailpipe tip for the '01-'03 LS that directs the exhaust straight out instead of downward without cutting the bumper? I prefer the '04-'06 look without having to do any cutting on the pipe or the bumper. Such a tip would have to have a slight bend in it.

Have you tried the search here on CL? I remember I found one topic with a link to another site. There were some tips specially made for this purpose: the tip points straight out while the mounting is with an angle to the exhaust.
