Default Driving on steel bridges?

Hi folks!

I'm a new 430 owner and am very pleased so far. I've had a bit of an issue, however, with the way the car handles when I'm driving over a steel bridge - it seems to be far more prone to skidding than my other cars had been. I imagine that part of that is due to the much greater weight of the car, but still it's a cause for concern. The tires are either new or with very little tread wear, so that's not an issue.

Has anybody else experienced this?
I'd appreciate any thoughts/ideas!

You mean skidding while braking? Or just not holding straight line?

You should try driving over those steel grate bridges at speed on a motorcycle. Talk about some butt pucker...
I don;t think the LS is any worse than any other car in running over steel bridge grates. Its a function of your tires having very little adhesion on the steel grate compared to concrete or asphalt. Just have to relax and drive the lane normally - the crawly/wiggily feeling it will be over in less than a minute.
