A question for you ls 430 an iphone users that have the vaistech adapter. since the iphone can be basically used just like an ipod, is it possible for the streamed audio from lets say youtube be heard in the car? And can you route the audio from a phone call through out the system? Thanks in advance.

 

I have the USA SPEC version in my 2003 non nav 430. It allows me to play Pandora through my phone and it shows the text on the screen of the radio. When the phone rings, the music mutes but you can't run the sound through the speakers. There is no mic for you to speak into. I just disconnect the phone and when I am finished with the call, the music comes right back on.

Hope this helps. I would assume the Vaistech is very similar....
