'02 engine knock / pinging problem

My '02 has a slight engine knock at lower rpm's. I always use premium fuel. Car has 118k miles. Any ideas what is causing this?

Ever had the plugs replaced? I think that could cause it if they were not firing correctly

New plugs 10k miles ago, along with timing belt, wp, cam seals, valve cover gaskets.
