Cannot lock or unlock Driver side door

Cannot lock or unlock Driver side door
My LS430 driver side door cannot be lock or unlock with the remote control key, but all other doors worked. Any help.

My LS430 had the same issue and got it fixed last week by dealer under my extended warranty – Replaced door latch actuator (~$500)
