with this being said I would call a lex dealership and ask for the part number or research to find the part number, then order them from sewell or carson (toyota/lex), and then take them to a toyota/lex dealership or competent installer shop to have installed. only thing i can think of that would not be included would be the little hooking tabs that hold onto the curtains when the are extended.
I have 430 vip it has electrtc rear screen and 4 curtains on rear windows only

The '01-'03 ULs also come standard with side and rear sunshades. I have an '01 UL and it has them standard. I have looked at ULs from '02 and '03 as well in the past and they have them as well. They can get pretty pricey. Especially the rear one, but our discount from Sewell helps very nicely with that! I was thinking though that even though they are installed on a non UL you wouldn't have the hooks for the screens to hold onto while extended just as sojah said. You may have to come up with some type of rig or replace the upper interior door trim.
