im new to cl so if im posting this in the wrong place please forgive me. my factory navi and radio just stopped working the cd and tape feature work fine but nothing happens when i hit the navi button or the radio button. please help im frustrated !!

 

does the screen change? or is it a black screen? if its a black screen check the connection in the trunk on the right side in the rear panel check to see if one of the plugs came loss
