That tire picked up a nail and I had Belle tire swap the tires with the spare so the scraped wheel, now with the OEM Dunlop tire, is riding in the trunk and one of my wheels is pristine.
I did the same with my UL shortly after I bought it. One of the chrome wheels had a slight scrape and I couldn't stand it. So I purchased a replacement and put the scratched chrome wheel in the trunk.

The upcoming one is on Sat. Jun 4th starting 8:30am at a place called Kart 2 Kart in Sterling Heights. As a reference, the place is about an hour away from Ann Arbor.

I am a new owner of a 2004 LS430 with 17" wheels. I live in Iowa and will need winter tires. I am confused as to what my options are for wheels sizes. I have had the chance to pick free and/or cheap wheels that came off of the following: '04 RX350 (17"), '93 SC400 (16") and '94 LS400 (16"). I was told by the dealer that the 17" from the RX350 would not fit.

Can anyone give me guidance on what does and does not work? I was told that the large brake calipers prohibited a number of wheels from fitting.

Your car looks much better with the 16 inchers. That being said, want to sell me the 18's? lol Seriously those 18's are the best looking wheel IMO. I have 17" chrome and would like to find a set of those 18's.

I'm afraid I'm first in line for those 18s..... I'm in the same situation, been looking for a few months now, but no one wants to part with their 18s....they just look so perfect.
