Yeah I had to replace mines a couple of months back, I got the bulbs off ebay. To get to the bulbs I used a screwdriver with rubber tip to protect console. Stick screwdriver on side of bottom row switches (rear shade etc.) Once you unplug it you'll see the 2 bolts you need to unscrew to get the section you need off. Bulbs unscrew and pop out forgot what should be a thead buy roman on here .

You pry at the wood??
Gently pry between console and wood it has 1 clip on each side that you have to pop out. I was kinda skeptical about damage at first but It was ok I just used a small scewdriver that had a rubber cover on it and I tape the tip.
Yes, you need to pry out the bottom row of switches (containing the VSC/TRAC off and seat heater switches). There are clips on the left and right side of that panel.
Start at the bottom right, push the above pop-out tray in as far as possible to get some space for leverage. After the right clip is loosened, pry out the left side.
You can move the gear shift out of the way using the override - using a flathead screwdriver, pop out the cover, push the override switch down, and then you can move the shifter to any gear you want. Make sure you are on level ground with the parking brake engaged.
Next, you'll need to remove 2 or 3 screws/bolts underneath. After that, the panel above containing the Sport/Norm switch and the pop-out tray pulls out. Disconnect the harnesses and you will be able to pull the switch panel and tray assembly out entirely.
Once you have the panel out, you can see behind the switches. Once you disassemble further, you'll need to use a flathead to push down certain locking points behind the switches, and then the entire switch can be popped out.
Once you have the switch popped out, the bulb is screwed into the side of the switch. You will see a grey plastic base with a Philips screwdriver type cut-out in the middle. Unscrew counter-clockwise for half a turn and the bulb will come out.
The Sport/Norm, ECT, and Height switches are incandescent bulbs (not LED) with a green rubber cap. Lexus part number 90010-01059 (14V 0.84W with a green cap). The base has the words TSD V-2.
You might be able to use Toyota bulb 90072-02005 (14V 1.12W, black base with V-2 and TSD marked on the back, $1.05USD) or Toyota 83119-24070 (brown base with V-2 and JSD marked on the back, $6.06USD). Just keep the green cap from your old bulb just in case.
