I really like the saddle interior, but my wife thinks it is too orange. Also, though it was available with a number of exterior colors, I've mainly seen it in black cars.
I'm not sure, but I think the Saddle was only available in a saddle/black trim, so there wasn't a saddle/brown interior trim. So, black itself interior was only then available on certain exterior colors.
The color is defnitely a hate or love color. I personally like the uniqueness... but I can see how it can be seen as too "orange." The BMW saddle definitely has a better darkness or brown to it.
If I purchased that, I would have the wood interior professionally painted black. So it would look like black wood. That definitely make the interior look a lot better and give it a better contrast.
Interesting car - I love the Briarwood color. Not sure about saddle interior but it is hard to get a realistic impression because the color tone and saturation is so bad in those pics.
I like the interior color b/c it's pretty rare and has pretty nice contrast. My favorite interiors are ecru and black, followed by ash and saddle. Not a huge fan of the exterior though.
