For those of us not interested in this type of mod, it may be worth checking the inner fenders of used cars to see if they have been lowered in the past.

LOL I can envision someone doing a poor job of lowering, having lots of rubbing, and putting stock suspension & wheels back on the car to sell it.

When I was active in the vette community, one of the things folks looked for on used cars was rubber buildup in the rear wheelwells due to burnouts.

got some new pics up... it helps when the car is clean and oh yeah the new 18mp canon eos rebel t2i helps out a great deal as well.

this one ^ ^ ^ and the one below it \|/ are my favorite pics. i am just learning this camera and i put it on full F stop (or whatever its called) in a few of the pics but i forget which ones..

i love how the car changes colors, but not all of the shades are my favorite,, i like the darker shades better personally. now if i could only get out there and wax it one of these days. it hasn't been waxed in like 6+ months. yeah i need to get on that. i have all the clay bar stuff and everything but it took me over 6 hours to clay bar it like 99% all over and then put 2 coats of wax on it and detail the wheels and interior last time and i need to do it again now that i will hopefully not have any more tires in my back seat for a while i hope.

thanks guys ^ ^ ^ specially you joe ,, but yeah still need a tripod.

i usually go down bay ridge by myself and just live park and get a few good pics. only thing is that it might be hard to get more than one car in the shot but even if its only one it should be all good. bay ridge has no parking signs all along it though, but who cares.

so i took some scissors to the inside rear fender liner (both sides) and trimmed about 1.5 inches off that is closest to the outside fender and about 90% of my scrapping is completely gone. i thought it was 100% gone but i heard it once when going over a huge dip in the road at speed.

should i lower the back more? and if so by how much? i would love to be tucking half the rear tire but i'm afraid that it may lead to even more rubbing issues. there's really only 1 way to know for sure though i think i will lower it a half inch to start in the rear and see if it gets a lot worse again and where if any is the rubbing coming from, if that goes well i'll drop it another half inch and go from there. any suggestions.

also i got some kick *** scenic shots with nice water views in the background and a little bit of a beach backdrop in a few of them with my car and my buddies black 3gs tuckin 20's as well.
