oem absorber 48510-80307 vs KYB GR2

i plan to buy LS430 absorber, what is the different between oem absorber part number 48510-80307 vs KYB GR2?

I just bought KYB shocks for all four, haven't had them installed yet but I will update you with results when I do. It should be sometime soon. GL!
