Default 2004 LS430 Radio work no sound

I have a 2004 LS430 Navigation with ML and radio and everything work perfectly fine but no sound, not even the beep sound when you press the button. I'm thinking it might be the amp and I did some research but I can still adjust the audio setting like treble bass balance etc. So I'm not sure if the amp is bad. Anyone here know what it might be?????

just because you can adjust the bass and treble controls doesn't mean anything- those are just electronic controls. Your amp could still be bad. why not go to the back and try to unplug it and replug it, let the car sit without the battery a while and then see...

Yes, it's a common problem for the ML amp and the sub to go out.
