I'd get the 2006. For a LS 460, I'd prefer and wait for 2008. The LS 460 for 2007 was a brand new model and had some problems.

How to know it is 2007 or 2008 LS460? anything look different? Brunei used car dealers always cheat buyers, like reclock mileage, change years of register, safety belts. Vin number is funny, hard to check, they even tell you LS430 register 2007 but i check the spare tire was 2004. too bad

There is a black Manufacturer plate located on driver's side door pillar on the lower right inside near the door sill. This plate has the VIN number stamped on it and the date of manufacture. If that plate is missing or looks like its been altered, I would not buy the car for any price.

I'd suggest you research a few adds at Edmunds and ebay listings for LS - some show many many pictures and will include pics of this plate so you can get used to seeing what a the Manufacturer plate looks like on these cars. Sorry you have to deal with crooks.
