Yes, picture shows the L pos of the data controller. Usual drive is 6 or 8 (not my video). There are a lot of threads here describing the ASC680 Datasystem controller. It is great but slow.

Ask a rim shop, but I feel confident that 24's wont fit.

Only problem I have with 21's is the odd #, tire cost for the 21's will kill your wallet uless you have a hook up and can get them @ cost. Inturn you have pay to play but hey I'm a baller on a budget!

Whitetooth..... Did you have to shave your front brake calibers, or use spacers to fit your 22"s.???

Any ls430 members running 22's? I've IM'd everyone I could find responding but these threads are old and nobody has gotten back to me.
Whitetooth had this info:
"LS430 wheel housing is big enough for 235/30R22 front, 285/25R22 rear, larger is not possible without changing completely. It does not ruin the ride. I'm happy with mine on 22's and airsus"

I'm trying to figure out if these calculations are with or without minor (pull, shave) fender mods or if this is stock fenders.
My goal is to have all 4 rims the same size, stretch the tires and have a little poke, so I'm trying to figure out whats the widest rim I can go with in the front.
If I go by Whitetooth's calculations, I think I can safely stretch a 235/30/22 onto a 22x9 wheel, but if I can fit a 9.5 or a 10 without crazy fender mods I'd like to do that.

I am new to fitment (obviously) so I appreciate everyones advice, knowledge & experience.

Thanks in advance

Oh BTW, I know a lot of members think it's sacrilegious to put 22's on a LS430 but please remember......this one belongs to ME! Please be respectful

Im running a 245/30/22 on 9.5 in the front , I have very little rubbing issues, I didn't even roll the fenders, if I get a roll it will be perfect.

I have 285/25/22 on 11 in the rear, I had to do a roll , and some trimming to the bottom front mouldings in the rear wheel wells.

The most important factor will be your wheel offsets, sorry I don't know what mine are.

My size is 225/30/r22 with no fender work at all. Perfect fit, and perfect ride.

yea the ride on mine is great also , and I got a 30F and 25R sidewall on mine.

The whole thing about larger wheels ruining the ride quality is blown so far out of proportion, I can honestly say overall the ride quality with my 22's is much better then stock.

Much better handling, much better cornering , much less body roll.

With that said They are heavier wheels , but again its barely noticeable, and the lower sidewall obviously forces u to drive a LITTLE more carefully, but that has nothing to do with the size of the wheel itself, only the type of sidewall on your tire.

If your the kind of guy that likes to barrel through potholes and hop curbs then sure your gonna have problems, aside from that I really don't see what the big deal is.
