So does this mean vehicle #1 is not responsible for the damages? That wouldn't fly here in NJ.

Nope , #1 is at fault for the entire accident.

Hopefully he has enough limits of liability or maybe bought the UHaul coverage.

Who is your insurance company.?

Sorry for your loss Tee

Isn't that interesting language (splitting hairs) with the police report stating vehicle # 1 is the cause of the accident, but the vehicle that cut off vehicle #1 was at fault of the accident......

I learned from our fellow members unfortunate situation this. Get insurance when using a moving vehicle such as U-haul! It can be costly. And I learned if someone causes you to commit a car accident ultimately your at fault. WOW, just WOW. Glad nobody was hurt though. Just unfortunate for even the accused here. I know I can't avoid being in an accident but, I will be sure not to be the cause. Learned from this situation. L.G.N.M

Damn Tee, and to think we were going to mess with the nav I see crushed in your pics just the other night...

Glad you're OK. That's what counts. Cars will come and go, but injuries have a bad way of sticking around. Best of luck with insurance. Sometimes it's easy, other times it's hard.

I drive by P'tree Dunwoody every day on my way to work at the King and Queen. I know the fustercluck they have for traffic control there. Again, glad you're OK!

Oh man Tee, so sad to hear your car got wrecked, but I'm glad you weren't hurt. I'm even more glad you had that Saturn behind you to cushion the impact somewhat. Hope the Saturn driver is ok. Just imagine if the Saturn wasn't there!! Hope the insurance company does right by you.
