I recently bought used 2005 LS430 and took it for a checkup to the dealer since car was wobbling at high speed (on freeways with uneven surface). The dealer came back saying rear shocks are leaking and need replacement. I am told these are pneumatic shocks (air?) (UL model ) and quite expensive (around $1100 each).

The car has 73k miles on it and wondering if anyone had similar experience with shocks and any recommendation on replacing the rear shocks.

Also, dealer mentioned one of the wheel is need replacement. Not sure if I have to believe this guy.

AFAIK there isn't an aftrermarket replacement for your genereation air ahocks yet.
Take the wheel to an independant wheeel shop to have it checked out before you replace it.
