Please Help VSC Light on AFTER engine Swap

Engine was swapped out mechanic returned car and the VSC light has stayed on.

NO CK Engine light though,

I have reviewed every post I could find on this subject, nothing seems to address this specific issue, I have ran through all suggestions

So I'm thinking it's just unplugged? Could someone help me out here PLEASE
