Default replaced amp still have a problem.

i've got a 2001 ls430 with nav/ML, the amp died and i've replaced it. prior to it dying the driver side rear speaker wasnt working and the mic for the voice activated stuff didnt work either. i had hoped that replacing the amp would take care of those problems. it didnt and now im trying to figure this out. i found a diagram for the sound system that showed those 2 things were on a separate circuit of their own. i havent been able to totally narrow it down to where i need to be looking for these separate plugs, or what i even need to be looking for to diagnose this. if any one has some suggestions on what could be wrong, where to look or anything to help it would be appreciated. thanks.

edit: got it figured out. plug was disconnected, i reconnected it and everythings back. thanks to jainla for pointing me in the right direction.
