I actually discovered that the cup holders aren't as bad as I originally though. As long as you don't allow the back spring-loaded holder to compress, it actually works to prevent your drink from tipping forward.

Ugh, I find myself here because the cup holder in my 2002 ES broke last night :/ I am going to try the Velcro option. Thanks, guys!

Default jumpy cup holder

Great ideas for the cup holder arms. But my cupholder issue is, it pops out too fast like a jack in a box it does not roll out smoothly like I have notices on other LS430s. I took it apart and noticed some sort of gear gives it resistance and is suppose to help it slide out. 2005 LS430 Any ideas?

great idea on the Velcro.

I hate the cup holder on my LS and the passenger side arm is broken
guess is time to call in Sewell could find the part #

I rather replace it anyone knows the part # for the darn cup holder?
