LS430 vs. GS 430 vs. LS400

LS430 vs. GS 430 vs. LS400
Hi all,
I am interested in a '01 GS430 in the classified section.
My original desire though is/was a '98-'00 LS400.
So far I sat in a '01 LS430.
Questions:
What are the (big) differences between the 3?
Obviously I researched already looks, performance, and all the available data.
- What about interior space (as mentioned my reference is the '01 LS430), handling, etc.?
- Why would you buy one over the others?Thanks for your time!
