I see they come in different sizes. Just how do you measure your head to know which size to buy?

 

Like clothes, the printed sizes vary slightly between manufacturers and sometimes styles of hats. Unlike clothes, a hat needs to fit "just right" on your head, so it's best to have it fitted at a store. It's very easy for the hatter to insert hidden bands or tape inside the hat band to size a hat down to your perfect size.
