Sorry for bothering u Guys i had a Question on a Viper 5901 alarm which is a nice alarm with remote start, heat control, defroster, tilt sensor, shock sensor , also a 1mile on the LCD remote..
but the guy at my local shop is telling me just to install the Remote start, tilt sensor for the wheels, shock sensors, and a back up battery! and i should leave the Heat leveler and defroster alone because he doesnt want me to have trouble with the electric in the future.. what u GUYs think get it anyway or take his advice?... trying to get my alarm installed Thursady the 31 please anyone have advice

 

i had that alarm in my sti and LOVED it. the range is incredible. i didnt have any heat features though so i cant help with that. where in ny are u? us ny guys should have a local meet one of these days

i am down with that meet whenever hopefully this summer we should set something up!

 

I've been installing vipers for at least ten years now and they are pretty reliable units. Only reason i see for him not wanting to hook up the extra accessories is just LAZZINESS! IMO.
