I think it depends on who the primary driver of the second car is. If you're single, why have two identical cars. If you're married and the wife is the primary driver, then let her choose the second car. If that's what she wants to drive, then don't deprive her of it. Don't force some second vehicle on her that you just like and want to drive occasionally.

Just my opinion.

Lets end this!!! When married guys decides he wants another woman, he don't get a carbon copy of his wife. He gets the exact opposite or something different. Short vs. Tall, Blonde vs. Brunette, One race vs. Another race, but its never the a look alike. This sholud also apply to the LS after all it is your "Baby" right?

Well, you don't know what you're talking about. I've met lot's of cheaters who get a younger version of wifey.

We have 2 of the same car but they have different personalities. THE 06 GS has 19's and a stiffer ride. The 07 has 20's but is faster.
I say get the LS but do something different to it.
The only criticism I get is from people on this site. The neighbors think we're ballers. Then again maybe they just don't want to criticze us face to face. Doesn't matter. I do what I do. So should everyone else. I don't even understand asking for opinions on the subject. Man up.

Well isn't younger still different than the wife? Guys who do stick to the script with what they have are in a very small minority. Most guys(do the research) opt with something totally different than whats at home.

You "doing what you do" is cool. As said before, to each its own but the guy is having second thoughts about buying the same car he already just finished payin for(which he probablly thinks is kinda of redundant)and needed some opinions from other LS owners to help make his decision. We're here to give opinions, lend and ask for assistance to anyone that asks.

That's your opinion. I think he wants another LS (he's the one who brought it up) but he's concerned about what others will think or say. If that's the case, i repeat....do what yout want. Forget what others say.

No sense in goin back and forth on this. Frankeic asked for our opinion and we gave it to him. Lets just see what the does.

AlexusAnja, just keep rubbing it in why don't ya!!!!
ha ha... I'm not rubbing it in, I'm just lucky I guess. But really, if you live in a region where you actually get different seasons, especially snow, then you need more than 2 LS's. I love my LS, but I would not even think of driving it in snow.

My Integra has been my car since '92, and we slowly went from a '2nd' car of '95 Civic, to '99 Accord, now '04 LS430. In between there, we got our '99 RX. We have three kids, so having a sedan with a sedan would not make sense. We needed a people hauler and something safer with AWD.

As for the person talking about cheaters, most men that cheat actually cheat with women who are very much like their significant others. It's just the whole having someone different, but being almost the same, that makes men do it.

Wagon? As in station wagon? ugh...

Acura is going to release a TSX wagon (European Accord) next year. That might be something interesting if it comes with the SH-AWD as option.

I'm thinking of a 2005 S4 wagon. I thought its practical in the extra room, but fast and fun to drive.

If you're considering an Audi, you must secretly miss having frequent and expensive dates with a dealer service department.

What wagon would you suggest then, that's reliable and fun to drive? Has to be an automatic too much traffic in LA, CA.
