floating ground or common ground head unit

hey guys i just got an 01 ls430 with ML and NAV and im gonna connect an amp with speaker level inputs. my question is, is our head unit speaker leads floating ground or common ground? i searched and couldnt find anything. thanks in advance.

It's considered floating ground system after the amplifier which I'm pretty sure is located on passenger side in the trunk.
