I have purchased the same with 48k. Do you think buying a 5yr waranty for 3k dollars is a good idea.

Looks like you made a good buy. I bought my 04 UL two years ago with the same mileage as yours.

It's been nothing but a dream, love it. I'm sure you'll enjoy that car.

If it's the Lexus platinum warranty (not as good as the new car factory warranty, as it doesn't cover trim, mouldings, interior pieces, rattles/noises, lamps, glass, wheels, paint), but the other high-priced stuff is covered (suspension, drivetrain, electronics including nav/audio, etc.). For the ultra, ONE shock sells for $878 on discount compared to $170 for the non-ultra shock.
