Here is the perfect one for you with my favorite color.
It appears they erroneously list the car as an Ultra Luxury. It isn't. The give away is when they say it has an opening above the rear armrest to allow items to extend into the trunk. The UL has a refrigerator instead. They also don't mention ML system.

Nevertheless it's probably a very good car if kept up.

I looked for several months trying to find a dark interior '04+ UL and i finally found her at the dealer she was originally from that is 5 miles from my house. Full service records from the dealership, new Michelins, 90K done a few days prior to purchase (car just turned 91K) Flint Mica/Black...interior is perfect, body and wheels are the same. My friends all thought it was new (I even got the window sticker) and I got her for $24k. You will find the right one...don't settle..I almost did and it would have bugged me forever!!

waiting also gives me time to save up for the datasystem controller, some garson accessories, as well as some wheels.
i was thinking ame ax's, lowenhart lvd's, or maya dx2's. any advise on wheel selection?

^^ Isn't it great how we plan and sometimes buy mods before we even own the vehicle? Non-car people just don't get it. For them it's just a transportation appliance that might get shiny when they drive it through the car wash.

I'm in the same market Just got back from a boondoggle at Sewell Lexus in Dallas. While the guys there were up front about the paint and body work, they mis-represented the condition of the final product. The paintwork was terrible. Colors didn't match, every part of the car had a different thinkness of paint, and the "blending" was very noticeable. Also, other things were not acceptable to me... Found 2 areas where paint dripped, found over spray on rubber, tail lamp had moisture in it, and one door already had two door dings.

Lessons learned, even though you might see some pictures of the car, it can still disappoint. I wasted $$$ and time flying to Sewell Lexus for a certified car that was definitely a let down. While they did offer to fly me back after they fix the issues, i'd rather not give them anymore of my time or money after this experience.

We'll see who gets their 2004-2006 LS430 UL first. Game on!

Cheers.

Take a look at this dealer. You will pay a little more, but they get the finest used cars in the U.S. because they are a huge dealer. You may have to pay 3-5k more for a car than you want to, but they are the finest dealer I have ever delt with.

'05 LS 430...silver with ecru interior. Bought with 41k miles....now has 55k 1.5 years later.

'98 Lx 470..bought in 2001 with 41k miles and still running with 190k miles.

I have absolutely no connection to this dealer.....just amazing service and cars.

Thx, JP (email address available by request)

If you find any local to Raleigh (Chapel Hill, Durham Etc.) let me know and I will be glad to take a preliminary look for you guys. Anyone in other areas willing to do the same?

I drive by Lexus of Lansing (Michigan) regularly and can stop in. However, their cars are shared with Lexus of Ann Arbor.

If you are willing to buy from Jacksonville FL area Lexus dealers I could probably check a car out for you if you find one that looks like a strong candidate after discussing it with the sales guy. I've seen some very good prices from Lexus of Orange Park on some outstanding condition cars. I've bought from Lexus of Jax before and got a great deal (my GX470) but somehow it seems that their asking prices for LS430's tends to be higher than Lexus of OP (though they're owned by the same group) Strange, but I guess it's just the manager's method...

Wow, that ad is a bit different. Does this style generate good leads on craigslist?

thanks for the offers guys. if i find one in those areas i'll be sure to ask for the favor. wish someone in the nyc area would look at that white/black ul for me. i just cant justify a trip to nyc just to check a car out unless i was definitely purchasing it.
