Hi Folks. I'm looking for diagnostic help with my 430's very first problem since new. The rear privacy screen is, when extended, drooping away from the top of the window about 1/4 inch in one top corner, right where the roller contacts the window. Screen operates fine, but bounces against the window while driving. Car has 65K miles, and this is only issue in otherwise perfect vehicle. Anyone encounter this, have to adjust or otherwise address?

 

Had exact same issue with my '04.
Luckily I was just barely in warranty. Flow Greensboro replaced under warranty.
So I didn't do any troubleshooting. But you're not alone.
