so first question is: is that a perforated heated/cooled steering wheel??
second question is did you put those toyota badges on your lhd lexus intentionally or did you somehow just convert a celsior into the hi stateside market??

I noticed the mismatch on a few Lexus'. You will notice this more in the southern states with higher exposure to the sun. (you will notice this even more with the cherry wood).
Dont forget the wheel is held on a daily basis, unlike other parts of your wooden trim, which contributes to the fade over time. Check out the new LS' they usually have matching wood for a few years.
I noticed the wheel on my GS matched when i first aquired it, and now noticing the mismatch as time progresses. Thankfully, my LS' light colored wooden trim still matches well.
This is based on my observation with my Lexus cars, and nothing scientific.
