HAS ANY ONE USED l-tunedparts.com
i am about to order a kit from them. just want to know if any one has used them. or if there is any place better to use.

Given that they are a CL Sponsored Vendor, yes, many folks on CL have ordered through them (not necessarily a lot of folks from the LS forum maybe). I have ordered a couple of things through them and would do it again with no qualms. For me it is a matter of whether or not the price is right since their order processing and delivery are no concerns.
Whether or not there are other options depends on what it is you are trying to get. In your case, it is a question of what kit you are trying to get and if there are other vendors that work a better deal on that kit.

If they are Carson Toyota, I bought an original floor mat from the SC430 compact spare tire kit from them for about half the price my local Lexus dealer quoted. Fast shipping, good communications.

My experience with I-tunedparts. I ordered an Auto Couture Spoiler for my LS430 and it took an incredible 5 months for delivery! And they charged my Visa card when the order was submitted. Great spoiler but it had to be ordered from Japan and obviously there was no hurry to procure and deliver this part to me.

My experience with I-tunedparts. I ordered an Auto Couture Spoiler for my LS430 and it took an incredible 5 months for delivery! And they charged my Visa card when the order was submitted. Great spoiler but it had to be ordered from Japan and obviously there was no hurry to procure and deliver this part to me.
