Default Truck Tool Kit???

Hi All!,

I’m a new to this forum so I do apologize if a ask redundant questions!

I have been trying the search function , it has not retuned the result I’m looking for.

Last week I became the very proud owner of a new to me 2002 LS430 UL.

The car is nearly pristine however the Truck Tool Kit that is supposed to be in the slot in the left side of the trunk is missing.

I would like have the car complete, and not have the empty slot.

Does anyone of source for an replacement Tool Kit that is not too cost prohibitive?

Thanks to all that help!

There's really nothing in the box you'll ever use except the tire lug nut iron. I think it has a phillips screw driver, two open end wrenches, a flashlight pen, and something else, don't remmber what. If you'll never even remove your tire on the road and will only call AAA, then forget the box. If you will remove the tire, then get a collapsable tie-iron from Walmart or somewhere for $12 and you're set. Throw that in the trunk and you're good to do.

As for the opening, either use that opening/space for other things (i.e. maps, paperwork, documents) or just black duct-tape the thing up.

I'm sure Lexus will charge an arm and leg for it, and even on e-bay it will probably be too much.
