Default Lexus Customer Service looking up

Just to post that Lexus of Pembroke Pines for all in Florida are pretty decent guys. My wife ran out of gas today (even though she had been driving the 430 for the last four days, this is my fault) and I called the dealer to get the number for Lexus Roadside. They gave me the number 1-800-Lexus25, but said don't bother. One of their service guys drove down to where my wife was stuck, and got her going again. Gotta guess Mercedes does not do that.

Wow that's impressive to hear! I love to hear great customer service stories about Lexus like that.

I'm sure your wife was pretty close to the dealer (within 10 miles let's say), or else they would have just given you the number.

Hey, not all dealers are run alike... even amongst the Lexus network.

Anyway, good hear a good job done by our dealer.

She ran out of gas only a few blocks from the dealership, but still, a very nice thing to do. Faxed a letter praising their service to the parent company, Dealership GM, and customer service in Torrance CA. Most people take time to complain. In my experience, taking a few minutes to praise good work, is good for them, and gives you favorite customer status.
