I heard that the transmission fluid for this model is sealed. So does it need replacement? If yes, how often?

The filter is sealed inside the transmission and pan, but I believe there is a plug and drain and fill. I could be wrong. It is advertised as "lifetime" I believe... but if this LS430 holds out like previous generations... 200K+ is a long time to drive on the same fluids.
