Default Questions about LED Tail lights

I have a question about the LED tail lights. I just received a new set about a month ago and worked just fine. Now When I am driving the Tail light failure light comes on and when I check it my driver side top light is out. When i turn the car off for about 5 minutes the warning light comes off and does not happen till the next day. Does anyone else have this problem or know what it is? Does this have anything to do with the resistors? any help is appreciated

LED tail lights will always set off the tail light out light because they use less power so the car thinks a bulb is out. You can either add resistors or pull the bulb on the dash.
